Ione M. Albers, 88, of Denton, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2008.  She was born October 16, 1919 in Nixon, TX to Andrew and Lena Meyers, who has preceded her in death.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Albers, Sr.
She is survived by her four children, Edward Albers, Jr., of Murchison, Vilena and husband, Jimmy Jester of Denton, Mike and wife, Peggy Albers of Bivins and Mark and wife, Cindy Albers of Kaufman; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She will be dearly missed by her loving family. 
We want to express our appreciation to Lake Forest Good Samaritan and Hospice Heart to Heart for all their wonderful help.
Family visitation will be Wednesday, May 28, 2008 from 6 – 8 p.m.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Troy Suggs Chapel with Bro.
