Jim was well respected and served his community at every opportunity. He was a member of the VFW, Elks, and was an honorary member of the West Odessa Volunteer Fire Dept. Jim’s pet project has been the on-going backing and fund raising for the Volunteer Fire Department of West Odessa. They made him an honorary member and will serve as pallbearers.
