ODESSA — Cecil Welch, 91, of
Fredricksburg, passed away Monday, March 29, 2004, at the Hill Country Memorial
Hospital in Fredricksburg. He was born August 2, 1912, in Atoka, Okla.
He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the International
Union of Operating Engineers. and the San Juan Lodge #25 Masonic Lodge in Aztec,
N.M.
He is survived by his wife, Freda Welch of Fredricksburg; son, John Welch of
Pittsburgh, Pa.; daughter, Rebecca Watson of Fredricksburg; three grandchildren,
Joanna Watson of Fredricksburg, Shelby and Sean Welch, both of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 2, 2004, at Sunset
Memorial Gardens.
