Louise Funderburk "Dimple" Lester

Mansfield Cemetery

MINDEN, LA - Funeral services for Louise Funderburk "Dimple" Lester, 88, will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, December 3, 2006 at Rose-Neath Chapel, Minden, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Bill Crider. Graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. in Mansfield Cemetery, Mansfield, LA.

The family will receive friends Sunday, from 12 p.m. until the time of service.

Ms. Lester was born in Ouachita Parish, LA. She was a former resident of Desoto Parish, LA.

Ms. Lester was preceded in death by sisters, Bobbie Balliet and Gladie Mae Poulan; brothers, Mickey, Sammy, Garrett and Robert Funderburk; son-in-law, Jimmy Posey; great grandson, Bruce Holcombe.

She is survived by daughter, Frances Posey of Minden; sister, Florine Irwin of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; grandchildren, Melinda Wilson and husband, Danny of Minden, Pam Holcombe and husband, Phil of Shreveport, LA, David Posey and wife, Carol of Bossier City, LA; great grandchildren, Jamie, Tomlin and Borden Wilson, Tanner Posey; numerous nieces and nephews.
