Miss Rosemary McWhiney 
St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Stonewall, DeSoto Pr., LA

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Miss Rosemary McWhiney, 64, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2005 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Officiating will be Reverend James McLelland. Interment will follow in St. Ann's Catholic Church Cemetery, Stonewall, LA.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2005 at Rose-Neath's Southside Funeral Home, with a vigil at 6:00 p.m.

Rosemary was born April 14, 1941 in Shreveport, LA to Hoyle Thomas and Jennie Ruth Rambin McWhiney. She passed away Thursday, June 9, 2005 at the Grace Home in Shreveport, LA. 

Rosemary was preceded in death by her father, Hoyle T. McWhiney and brothers, Jerry McWhiney and Patrick McWhiney.

She is survived by her mother, Jennie Ruth McWhiney; sisters, Shirley Hamilton and husband, Lowell, Ramona McCartney, Ruth Stone, Dottie Statham and husband, Charles, Yvonne Navarre and husband, Al; brothers, Robert McWhiney and wife, Aileen, Larry McWhiney and wife, Martha, Clyde "Butch" McWhiney, Mark McWhiney and wife, Betty, Steven McWhiney; sister-in-law, Kathy McWhiney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Lawrence Drexler, the staff of Christus Schumpert 8th tower and the staff of Grace Home.
