Georgia Whitlock Smith 
Rockdale Cemetery, Mansfield, DeSoto Parish, LA

MANSFIELD, LA - Services for Georgia Whitlock Smith, 91, will be held 2 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2005 at Rockdale Cemetery, Hwy. 84 in Mansfield, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Pat Cobbs. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield. 

Mrs. Smith passed away December 28, 2005 at Grace Home after a lengthy illness. She was born August 7, 1914 in Hunter Community, LA. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mansfield. 

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, James Lawrence "Smokey" Smith; former daughter in law, Carole Rutherford Smith. 

She is survived by her son, Gary Lynne Smith and wife, Dodie Edwards Smith; two grandsons: Eric Christopher Smith and Brandon Bishop Smith and a great granddaughter, Saylor Bree Smith.
