The Shreveport Times Kenneth Harold Jordan, Sr. Pollard Cemetery, DeSoto Parish, LA NASHVILLE, AR - Kenneth Harold Jordan, Sr. went home to be with Jesus on December 10, 2005 at his home in Nashville, Arkansas. He was born June 21, 1948 in Converse, La. to Margie Marie English and Robert Elzie Jordan. Ken was a Baptist and a Christian. He was a Vietnam veteran. He had worked at Electrolux in Nashville for 20 and one half years before leaving due to problems with diabetes. He loved his family, fishing, hunting, NASCAR, football, baseball and working in his shop listening to Hank Williams music. Ken is survived by his wife Judy of 32 and one half years of marriage; his four sons, Kenneth, Jr. of Grady, Arkansas, Jimmy and wife Vicki of Blevins, Arkansas, Mike and fiance Julia of Jermyn, PA, Jason and fiance Stephanie of Nashville, Arkansas; four brothers, Robert and Shona Jordan of New Hope, Arkansas, Vernon and Sherry Jordan of Shreveport, LA; Jack and Kaye Jordan of Bossier City, LA, Dennis and Belinda Jordan of Bethany, LA; his mother-in-law, Mavis Todd of Keithville, LA; four grandchildren, Hope, Beth, J.J., and Hannah; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. at Nashville Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Hill officiating. Interment will follow at 4:00 p.m. at Pollard Cemetery near ht Crew, the doctors and nurses at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, and our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dennis Kamberov. A scholarship fund will be set up in Jonathan’s memory.
