GLOSTER, LA - Jack Powell, 71, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2005 in his home. He was the owner and operator of Powell's Bar-B-Que located at 4632 Highway 171, Gloster, LA.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Winnfield Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA. Open visitation on Friday, February 4, 2005 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Internment: Old Zion Cemetery, Grand Cane, LA.
