Mr. Leland Boyd

LEESVILLE, LA - Funeral services for Mr. Leland Boyd, 63, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2005 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home, Leesville, LA. Graveside service and burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cool Springs Cemetery, Logansport, LA with Rev. Brady Boyd and Rev. Dave Boyd officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, December 31, 2005 from 8 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. 

Leland was born October 6, 1942 in Logansport, Louisiana and died at his home in Leesville after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday December 30, 2005. He was a resident of Vernon Parish and a member of Family Worship Center in Leesville.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pat Boyd of Leesville; two sons, Brady Boyd & wife Pam of Fort Worth, TX and Dave Boyd & wife Aimee of Springfield, MS; one daughter, Annette and husband Vernon Tyson of Leesville, LA; eight grandchildren, Austin, Ryan & Joseph Tyson; Abrom & Callie Boyd, Baylor, Briggs & Benjamin Boyd; three sisters; numerous nieces & nephews; and a host of friends. 

It is suggested that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Leesville.
