Mr. William J. Gray 
Centuries Memorial Park, Shreveport

KEATCHIE, LA - Funeral services for Mr. William J. Gray, 83 of Keatchie, LA will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Ron McClellan of Gloster Baptist Church where William was a member. Interment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park.

William was born to the late Jessie and William Gray on October 19, 1921. In 1945 he married Carman Childers. He was a member of the VFW, Masons, Disabled American Veterans, Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, and a patron of the Eastern Stars.

His survivors include his loving wife of 60 years Carman, his daughter, Tonia Gray Lewing and husband Eddy of Stonewall, LA, and grandchildren Christopher Lee Gray, Rachal Michelle Lewing, and Jessica Renee Lewing. He is also survived by his sister Ruth Lee of Minden, LA, and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Trey Carter, Jimmy Burford, Brian Burford, Josh Gilcrease, Eddy Lewing, and JO Vincent
