Toledo Bend Tribune Obituaries & Death Notices Feb 24, 2005 Ruby Neal Central BC Cemetery Services were held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Saturday, February 19, 2005 for Ruby Estelle Neal, 81, of Logansport. Neal passed away at the Mansfield Nursing Center on Tues. Feb. 15, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Rev. Charles Hall officiated the 1:00 p.m. service with Robert Edwards assisting. Burial followed in the Central Baptist Church Cemetery. She was preceded in death by husband James Titus Neal; daughter Beth Neal; father Henry J. Sandifer; mother Beatrice Woodel Sandifer. She is survived by sons James E. Neal and wife Helene of Plano, Texas; Douglas R. Neal and wife Patricia of Sioux City, Iowa; Ronald L. Neal and wife Lou of Bossier City, La, and Barbara N. McClellan and husband, Dixon, of Logansport; sisters Thelma Edwards of Benton, Ark. and Daisy Wilson of Shreveport, La.; twenty grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren, and an abundance of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Patrick Neal, Alain Neal, James Neal, Ronald Neal, Jr., Jay McClain and Ricky McClellan. Honorary pallbearers were John Neal, Jennifer Brown, Cathy Saulsbury, Victoria Volz, Angie Parish, Michael McClain, Richard Neal, Joyce Ann Glaze, Bruce McClellan, Tim McClellan, Cary McClellan, Dixon McClellan, Jr., Selena Williams and Claudann Jones. Neal was a bookkeeper for Whites Cleaners for 21 years, past member of Trolley Drivers Wives Auxiliary in Shreveport, Women in Missions, the Victory Sunday School class and a member of the Golden Tones.
