Mrs. Betty Stillwell Whitten 
Bethel Cemetery, Logansport, DeSoto Pr., LA

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Whitten will be 2 p.m. 
Sunday, April 3, 2005 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport, LA 
with David Womack, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel 
Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 
2005 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport. 

Mrs. Whitten was born September 8, 1936 in Logansport, LA to the late 
W. J. and Ruby Stillwell. She entered in to rest Friday, April 1, 2005 
in Shreveport, LA. She was a very loving wife and an even more loving 
mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband E.J.

She is survived by her daughter, Julia Womack and husband, Wes; her 
son, Jay Whitten and wife Pam, and son, Jon Whitten. She is also 
survived by two beautiful grandchildren: Kierstin and Evan Whitten; two 
brothers: Jerry and Don Stillwell, and sister, Pat Kyle. 

Active pallbearers will be nephews and honorary pallbearers will be 
Christus Schumpert Associates and Walnut Hill Faculty. Rose-Neath
