Sean Coburn

GRAND CANE, LA - Funeral services for Nathan Sean Coburn, 23, will be held at Rose-Neath Southside on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Reverend Dean Register. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Logansport, LA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, November 1, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Sean was born in Shreveport, LA on August 26, 1985 to Lawrence and Deborah Coburn. He passed away suddenly October 30, 2008 in Webster Parish as a result of an accident on his job. He truly loved his work in the drilling field. Sean was employed with Fran Oil Co of Many, LA and worked on their drilling derricks. Sean attended Airline High School and the Assembly of God. He loved to fish and ride four wheelers.

Sean is preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Coburn; paternal grandfather, Luke Ezel Coburn. He is survived by his father, Lawrence V. Coburn; step-mother, Alice Coburn; paternal grandmother, Bobbie Coburn and maternal grandparents, James and Irma Lee Bissell; sisters, Andee Sanders, Lauren Coburn; step-sister, Christina Coke; three special cousins, Gary Prudhome, Steve Brown, and Kevin Brown; other family members and friends.
