MANSFIELD, LA - Funeral services for Beatrice Mayo, 89, will be 3:00 PM Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel. Officiating the service will be Reverend John Newman. Burial will follow at Wallace Cemetery in the Wallace Community, LA.

Thursday morning February 12, 2009, Beatrice Emmons Mayo, lovingly known as Maw Maw was carried into heaven in the arms of Jesus. She is survived by daughter Kathy Mayo Latham and husband Bob of Mansfield, LA; two grandchildren Lindsey Latham Fletcher and husband Tony of Stanley, LA and Robby Latham and fiancé Beth Gamble of Logansport, LA; four great grandchildren, Kylee, Dylan, Rebekah and Zach; nephew Ron Dill and wife Carol of Carmel, LA; nieces Lenita Cuervo and husband Frank of Diamondhead, MS Dianne Lollar and husband Richard of Zowolle, LA and Terri Seabaugh and husband Tommy of Meadowlake, TX; brother James W. Emmons of Marble Falls, TX; several great and great-great nieces and nephews and two special children Hallie Granger and Joel Granger; and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Ida Lee Emmons; father Elmer E. Emmons sister Hazel Emmons Dill and great nephew Jonathan Hartnett.

Pallbearers will be Richard Lollar, Mitchell Lollar, Gary Calhoun, Gary Burns, Frank Cuervo and Nathan Prudhomme. Honorary pallbearer will be Mitch Latham Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Mansfield, Louisiana 318-872-4660
