Funeral services for Thelma Mae Bailey Patrick, 95, of Ore City, were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 6, with Bro. James Spurgeon officiating, and a eulogy by Pam Rainey.  Burial was in Pilgrim Rest No. 2 Cemetery in Golden under direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home of Alba. Pallbearers were Michael Whitchurch, Robert Holland, Kevin Patrick, Willie Ingle, Scott Trout, and David Summers.  Mrs. Patrick passed away Friday, Feb. 4, in a Gilmer nursing home. She was born May 23, 1909, in Alba to Thomas and Rosa Mae Collins Bailey.  She grew up in the Alba area, then moved to Dallas where she was an assistant buyer for Sanger Brothers for 30 years. She retired in 1972 from Sanger-Harris (formerly Sanger Brothers). She moved to Ore City in 1987. She was a Baptist.  Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Bryce and Effie Patrick of Shreveport, LA; one daughter and son-in-law, June and Tommy Trout of Ore City, 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 25 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Noble Bryce Patrick, a daughter, Iris Lynn Mills; five brothers; and four sisters.
