August 16, 2007 - Services for
James Frankie Caldwell, 73 of Leonard, were held Aug. 9, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. at
R.W. Owens Funeral Home in Wolfe City, Tex. He died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007 at
Red River Regional Hospital in Bonham, Tex. Cremains were to be buried at Little
Hope Cemetery south of Winnsboro, Tex.Mr. Caldwell was born in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins County, Tex. on July 18, 1934, the son of James E. and Ola Lillian Wilbanks Caldwell. He married Patsy Norine Puckett on November 20, 1954 in Weatherford, Tex. He was owner of a pest control service, an Army veteran and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy, of Leonard; son and daughter-in-law, James E. and Victoria Caldwell of Leonard; daughters and sons-in-law, Paula Sue and Chris Layman of Whitewright and Carrol and Mark Jula of Corinth; sister, Mary Fay Plumblee of Sherman; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. ~ ~ ~ The Leonard Graphic, August 2007
