Town: Union Springs Community, Mt. Enterprise, Texas.
Directions: From Mt. Enterprise travel north on US Hwy 259 to State Hwy 315. Turn right onto State Hwy 315 and travel to the intersection of Farm Road (FR) 95. Turn right onto FR 95 and travel 1.5 miles to JCT of County Road (CR) 3175. Turn left onto CR 3175 and travel 1.2 miles to JCT of CR 3174D. Turn left onto CR 3174D and travel about 100 feet to a lane between two large trees on the right. Turn onto the dirt lane and travel 150 feet to the cemetery on the left. (Two strand barbed wire fence).

History: The Jeff Lewis, Sr. Family created this burial plot. The earliest gravestone is 1919. There are 15 identifiable burial sites at the cemetery.
