Nina Robinson, 84, of Emory died Tuesday, Dec. 16, in Dallas.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Prairie Grove
Baptist Church in Emory with Rev. R. Rollerson and Rev. W.R. Byrd officiating.
Mrs. Robinson was born in Emory on November 24, 1919, to Gains and Tishie
Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of Prairie Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors are sons, Lyndon Robinson and Douglas Robinson, both of Dallas, and
Wendell Robinson of Emory; daughters, Evelyn Corsey (Robert) and Jennie
Calloway, both of Dallas; brother, Wallace Johnson of Dallas; sister, Jennie
Pruitt of Crockett; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one
great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents, husband, child, five
brothers and one grandchild.
Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
