Death of a Good Woman The death angel has been abroad in the land again and claimed for its victim one of our mothers in Israel, in the person of Mrs. Don Yandell of Hogansville community, who answered the last roll call about 1 o'clock last Friday evening after several months of illness.  Mrs. Yandell's maiden name was Elizabeth Jane Sells and she was born July 13, 1851.  She was married to Don A. Yandell in November 1869, was the mother of 14 children, 7 of whom survived her and 7 gone on to the great world beyond.  She was a devout member of the Baptist church, joining at the age of 32 and enjoyed the highest esteem and good will of a host of friends.  Her remains were buried at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery at 11 o'clock Sunday in the presence of a large concourse of relatives and friends, Rev. C.M. Martin conducting the funeral service.  The Leader offers sympathy to the bereaved companion and family.
