From Carthage go west on U.S. Highway 79S for 9.6 miles to the intersection of FM 124 at Fair Play. Turn right on to FM 124 and continue for about 1 and 1/2 miles. On the left side of the road will be a small white frame church with a sign "Jerusalem Baptist Church" . The cemetery will be adjacent to the church on the north side and is enclosed by a chain link fence.
