LAJENIA WOOLEY

WOLFE CITY — LaJenia Denney Wooley, 47, of Deming, N.M., formerly of Wolfe City, died Wednesday at home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 21, at First United Methodist Church in Wolfe City with Rev. Lee Birdsong officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Daughter of Charles Leon and Lula Marie Williams Denney, she was born June 6, 1956, in Wolfe City. She was married to Robert S. Wooley. Mrs. Wooley was a marketing assistant at the Farm Bureau Financial Services in Deming, N.M., that she and her husband operated.

Survivors include her husband of Deming, N.M.; a son, Robert Steven Wooley and daughter Shelby Lauren Wooley, both of Deming, N.M.; her mother of Wolfe City; and brother and sister-in-law David and Karen Denney of McKinney.

Pallbearers will be Jerome Tucker, Tommy Lee Williams, Brant Hill, Bryant Ed Hill, Tim Denney, Brad Jobe, ValtonTicer and Joe B. Haywood.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home of Wolfe City.
