Eloyise Turner

WOL.FE CITY — Eloyise Turner, 78, of Garland died Wednesday at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas following a four-month illness. Funeral services; are at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Rockwall with Rev. Steve Swofford and Rev. A.C. Corley officiating. There is a grave--side service at 3:30 p.m. at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City.

The daughter of James F. and Angie Senter Thomton, she was born Nov. 14, 1923, in Fulton, Miss. On June 6, 1941, she was married to V.H. Turner in Ladonia.

Mrs. Turner was a home-maker, and she was a member of First Baptist Church of Rockwall.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years; sons and daughters-\ in-law Michael and Judy Turner of Houston and Pat and Dorene Turner of Rockwall; two brothers, Gilbert Thorn-ton and Shelby Thornton, both of Irving; four grandchildren, Kim Warren, Dawnyel Williams, Jason Turner and Tiffany Turner and five great-grandchildren. Carrie Barton, Rachel Barton, Michela Warren, lan Turner and Lilly Williams.
