WOLFE CITY - Ola Thomas, 89, of Wolfe City died July 9 in Presbyterian Hospital of Commerce. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Monday at New Beginning Church of God in Christ with Rev. R.L. Price officiating. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Mrs. Thomas was born Aug. 25, 1912, in Manning, La.; the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Garner. She was a housewife.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Gerald Woodberry, Joe Don Wortham, Richard Crockett, John L. Brown, Joe Jernigan and Alfred Champion.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
