Helen Holbrook

Helen E. Holbrook, 75, of Greenville died Tuesday in Garland Community Hospital. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Thursday at R.W. & Owens Funeral Home Chapel with Gordon Grammer officiating. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Mrs. Holbrook was born Feb. 23, 1923, in the Turkey Creek community to Fred and Erma Tucker Kelley. She was a member of the Southside Church of Christ in Greenville.

Surviving are a son, Grady Holbrook of Bridgeport; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Gladys Cranford of Morton; and five brothers, Al Kelley of Mesquite, Ebert Kelley of Amherst, Troy Kelley of Greenville, Truman Kelley of Beaumont, and Travis Kelley of Morton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Holbrook.

Pallbearers are Cody Stewart, Tot Robinson, Glen Gilmore, Duane Nicholson, Robert Briscoe and Ray Malone.

Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
