Mae Doyle

LADONIA - Mrs. Mae Doyle, 94, of Ladonia died Friday in the Smith Nursing Home in Wolfe City. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church of Ladonia. Burial will be in the Mount Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City.

She was born June 20, 1904, the daughter of T. Y. Tom and Geneva Latimer Davis. She married M. L. Luke Doyle Aug. 31, 1924 in Wolfe City. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ladonia.

Survivors include three sons, Ray Tubby Doyle of Sulphur Springs, Dale Kenneth Doyle of Wolfe City, and Billy Wayne Doyle of Grand Prairie; a daughter, Loreta Miller of Garland; a brother, Jewel Davis of Keller; three sisters, Sadie Huffines of Ladonia, Reca Seller of Dallas, and Arlene Stewart of Dallas; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Jackie Doyle; a granddaughter, Carolyn Doyle; five brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be Mark Doyle, Terry Doyle, Landon Doyle, Dan Brown, Steve Brown and Dallas Nicholson. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Doyle, Chase Doyle, Chad Brown, Bill Nelson and Eddie Kenieper.

Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
