Mrs. Johnson Dies Tuesday (Sulphur Springs News Telegram, March 2, 1960)

Funeral services for Mrs. Freeman Johnson of Miller Grove will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Miller Grove Presbyterian Church. Rev. Robert Ridley, Rev. E.M. Bain, and Rev. Nobin Beadles will conduct the services.

Mrs. Johnson, 30, died Tuesday at the Phillips Hospital in Greenville. She was born Aug. 10 in Tulia, Texas.

She married Freeman Johnson in 1947 at Cumby.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, a daughter, Karla Sue Johnson, parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Bain of Shirley; three sisters, Mrs. H.E. LoMoine, Dallas; Mrs. Earl Pool, Shirley; Mrs. Richard Epperly, Shirley, and one brother, J.T. Bain of Sulphur Springs.

Mrs. Johnson has been removed to her home in Miller Grove where she will remain until funeral services Thursday.

Burial will be at the Miller Grove Cemetery. Her first cousins will set as pallbearers.
