Pine Hill cemetery is located in the eastern part of Hopkins County on FM road 3019. From I 30, take 154 south, at 1st red light, turn left on Hwy 11. You will go through the communities of Como and Pickton, before coming to 3019, turn left. This Farm to Market road is nearly on the Hopkins - Franklin county line. Cemetery will be on your right.

Parnell, Edward H.- 1858 - 1929 (Obit - E. H. "Hawk" Parnell - Uncle Hawk, as he was known, was born in Dade Co., Mo., Dec. 3, 1858, and died May 29, 1929. He came to Texas when just a boy. Was married to Miss Martha Carson, Feb. 15, 1878. To this union ten children were born. Six have gone to the great beyond to welcome his coming.
