GEN. JAMES S. RODWELL     

MISSION - Graveside funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Laurel Hill Cemetery for Gen. James S. Rodwell, Ret., 64, who died Dec. 27 in a Denver, Colo. hospital.     The Virgil Wilson Funeral Home of Mission will be in charge of services and Masonic Hope Lodge 471 will conduct the graveside services.     General  Rodwell, a veteran of both World War I and World War II, formerly operated the Ringgold Hotel in Rio Grande City.     He is survived by his wife, the former Pauline Drummond, of Mission.  END

MISSION - Military services were held last Saturday, Jan. 5, in the Fitzsimmons General Hospital Chapel, Denver, Colo., for Brig. Gen. James Stevenson Rodwell, formerly of Rio Grande City.  Masonic graveside services will be held in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Mission at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan 12, under the direction of the Virgil Wilson Mortuary.  General Rodwell is survived by his wife, Pauline, formerly of Mission, several cousins, a niece and two nephews.
