WOLFE CITY — Kenneth Tucker, 90, of Wolfe City, former Dodd City resident, died April 24, 2008, in Smith Nursing Home,. A graveside service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. today at Dodd City Cemetery under the direction of R.W. Owens and Son Funeral Home of Wolfe City. The family will receive friends at the cemetery prior to the service. The son of George F. and Ludie Cain Tucker, he was born Feb. 21, 1918, in Wolfe City. Mr. Tucker served in the Army during World War II. He was a cook supervisor for the V.A. Hospital. Survivors are a brother, George H. Tucker of Arlington; a sister, Pauline Tagert of Plano; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. ~ ~ ~ The Herald Banner, Sunday, April 27, 2008
