Covington Cemetery
Falls Co., Cemeteries of   TX

(Near Reagan, Texas)

Submitted by Theresa Carhart

Thomas Jefferson Pruitt, buried in the Covington  Cemetery, Falls County, Texas, be correction?  He is my grandmother's father and after much research I have found that his father was not Levi Pruitt, but Joseph Thomas.  There was a Levi in Falls County, but according to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, his son, Thomas J. married Martha F Sylvester.  My grandmother's mother was Martha Gentry Marlin, widow of Rufus Marlin. Dorothy Breedlove dmbreedlove@hotmail.com   I have decided to add this for the Pruitt Family to research. gbm
