Funeral services for Johnnie L. Wallace, 81, of Farmersville will be held at the First Baptist Church in Farmersville, Wednesday, March 9, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Bart Barber officiating.  Interment is at Stoney Point Cemetery in Valdasta. Mrs. Wallace died March 6 at Hinton Nursing Home in Farmersville.  She was born January 21, 1924, in Valdasta to Edgar Combest and Maxie Bailey Combest.  She married J.B. Wallace on December 13, 1941.   She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church, Farmersville.  She is survived by children Gary Wallace and wife Ann of Farmersville, and Johnny Wallace and wife Linda of Point; brothers, J.B. Combest of Garland, Ed Combest of Lake City, Fla., and Otha Combest of Stafford, Va.; sisters, Frances Parker of Princeton, Elizabeth Parker of Garland, Faye Culwell of Wolfe City, and Betty Chambers of Irving; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by an infant son, J.B. Wallace; brother, James Ray Combest; and grandson, Chad Wallace.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hurst’s Fielder-Baker Funeral Home, Farmersville.
