Cemeteries of Texas Coordinator: Dolores I. Bishop

     This cemetery is located about three miles south of New Boston, Bowie County, on Hwy 8, on the land that is now owned by C.W. Jones. The cemetery is located in woods and have to walk into it by stopping at the Smallwood residence and going directly across Holly Springs Branch for about one-fourth mile. The cemetery is enclosed in an old iron fence with two large oaks inside.

     There are two graves with a base but no markers. There is one grave sunk into the ground and no marker.
