Directions:  From Elkhart at the intersection of Texas Hwys #19 and #294, travel west on #294 for 6.8 miles.  The cemetery is on the left.

The Texas Conference Cemetery was established for ministers and their families of the Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church.  The first burial was Gordon Alexander in May, 1963.  Several of the double markers include spouses who are still living; these are indicated by *.  There were two unmarked graves.  The cemetery is surrounded by a fence but is open to the public.
